Bayesian Truth Serum is a free tool for creating surveys that use game-theoretic scoring to incentivize honest responses. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Create surveys containing harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Collect personal information from other users without consent

Data and Content

You retain ownership of the content you create. All survey data is automatically deleted after 30 days. We are not responsible for preserving your data beyond this period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
